Project summary:

The general goal of the project is to increase the quality of services and improve environmental protection in PATRLJA doo and thus contribute to the realization of this project. The specific goal is to adapt to market requirements and increase the competitiveness of companies in the market. The result of the project will be 2 certificates ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system. The main target groups are employees of the company PATRLJI doo for civil engineering works. Other stakeholders of the company will have an indirect benefit, such as: clients, investors, suppliers and business partners, the social community, state administration bodies, financial institutions ...

 

Goals:

The long-term goals of the company are:

• Making and increasing profits

• Achieving a higher level of quality compared to the competition

• Increasing market share

• Improving the quality management system and environmental protection in the company

• Improving all processes within the company

We will achieve these goals by applying the following principles:

• meeting all customer requirements, laws and technical standards related to our services

• management leadership and the involvement of management and all employees

• training, practice and competence development of all our employees

• preventive action

 

Total value of the project and the amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK):

The total value of the project is 169,028.75 HRK

The total eligible costs amount to HRK 135,223.00

The amount co-financed by the EU is HRK 114,939.55

Own share is 15%.
